*- A PINCH OF SALT
*- AND MIX VERY WELL EYE:
TO BE ABLE TO PAN THE CHICKEN, IT HAS TO BE COMPLETELY COLD OR TEMPERED.
FOR THE SECRET RECIPE: WE PASS THE CHICKEN PIECE THROUGH THE FLOUR AND
THEN THROUGH THE EGG, THEN THROUGH FLOUR AGAIN,
WE RECOMMEND THIS PROCEDURE 2 TIMES SO THAT THERE IS A THICKER LAYER,

6 OR 7 TABLESPOONS OF WHOLE COW CREAM
A SPLASH OF MILK
LET'S DO IT! FOR THE PURE
▶ WE PEEL THE POTATOES, CUT THEM IN HALF AND COOK THEM IN WATER,
WITH A TABLESPOON OF CHICKEN BRONZE, 2 LEAVES OF LAUREL,
