یہ 20 اگست 2015 کی صبح 2 بج کر تیس منٹ کا وقت ، کہ رات کے سناٹے میں ، ایک فلیٹ کے باہر ، دھماکے سے کسی کے گرنے کی آواز آئی اور کراہنے کی آواز آئی اور ساتھ ہی اوپر سے چور چور چلانے کی آواز ائی ، فلیٹ والے دوڑ کر باہر نکلے ۔
دیکھا ایک نوجوان ، زمین پر پڑا چلا رہا ہے ۔ اُسے پکڑ لیا گیا ، گارڈ این سی او نے نوجوان کو اُٹھایا اور چور سمجھ کر دوتین رائفل کے بَٹ مارے اور گالیاں دیں ۔ اتنے میں اوپر سے وہ این سی او بھی اُتر آیا جس کے فلیٹ سے نوجوان جان بچا کر کودا تھا ۔
اُس نے گارڈ کو بتایا کہ یہ شخص اِس کے فلیٹ میں گھسا تھا ۔ اِس کی کھٹکے سے آنکھ کھلی ۔ تو اِس نے پوچھا کون ہے ؟ جس کے جواب میں چور نے بھاگنے کی کوشش کی تو اِس نے چور کو پکڑ لیا ۔ چور نے اُسے دھکا دیا اور کھڑکی کی طرف سے بالکونی پر گیا اور وہاں سے نیچے چھلانگ لگا دی ۔
گارڈ نے وائرلیس پر اپنے ڈیوٹی آفیسر کو اطلاع دی ۔
کینٹ میں کھلبلی مچ گئی ، تھوڑی دیر میں ملٹری پولیس ، ڈیوٹی آفیسر پہنچ گئے ۔ تحقیقات ہوئی ۔
دیکھا ایک نوجوان ، زمین پر پڑا چلا رہا ہے ۔ اُسے پکڑ لیا گیا ، گارڈ این سی او نے نوجوان کو اُٹھایا اور چور سمجھ کر دوتین رائفل کے بَٹ مارے اور گالیاں دیں ۔ اتنے میں اوپر سے وہ این سی او بھی اُتر آیا جس کے فلیٹ سے نوجوان جان بچا کر کودا تھا ۔
اُس نے گارڈ کو بتایا کہ یہ شخص اِس کے فلیٹ میں گھسا تھا ۔ اِس کی کھٹکے سے آنکھ کھلی ۔ تو اِس نے پوچھا کون ہے ؟ جس کے جواب میں چور نے بھاگنے کی کوشش کی تو اِس نے چور کو پکڑ لیا ۔ چور نے اُسے دھکا دیا اور کھڑکی کی طرف سے بالکونی پر گیا اور وہاں سے نیچے چھلانگ لگا دی ۔
گارڈ نے وائرلیس پر اپنے ڈیوٹی آفیسر کو اطلاع دی ۔
کینٹ میں کھلبلی مچ گئی ، تھوڑی دیر میں ملٹری پولیس ، ڈیوٹی آفیسر پہنچ گئے ۔ تحقیقات ہوئی ۔

On 20 Aug 15 at about 0230 hrs Capt Abdullah Iftikhar, s/o Brig Iftikhar Comdt Avn Engineering School Rawalpindi , 20 L ex HQ 6 Armd Div entered in qtr occupied by Hav/Clk Ghulam Abbas of HQ 303 Avn Base for sexual purposes. As per detail the a/n Sldr was on UN Msn and repatriated in Feb 15.
On 15 Aug 15 he went to Rwp for officials duty and returned on 19 Aug ni. The said offr used to come at said qtr in the absence of NCO.
Today the offr enter in qtr to meet his wife but the NCO was present at qtr who try to catch him but the offr jumped from 1st floor and got multiple injuries and was caught. Now he is under custody of 39 MP.NCO belongs to Khair Pur Miras (Sind) and have 4x children.
Capt Abdullah Iftikhar, s/o Brig Iftikhar Comdt Avn Engineering School Rawalpindi is also married.

- Imran Rafiq Could not understand the purpose of this post except embarrassment for Army as an institution and poor NCO who has 4 children as well. Our society will make fun of the NCO and his children only, may I request you to delete the post for the same reason.

- Asif Alvi We must read it and see morale decline in army. I was told that during last month a final term cadet was caught steeling RS. 700000/- from canteen. It is not fault of PMA or army. The crime is increasing in our country and that is how army will also be victim. I suggest better psychiatrist tests and harsh punishments. By the way, it happens in all modern armies. Few years back there was a scandal of B 57 pilot, Kelly with husband of her subordinate. She was thrown out and TIME carried full story.
